About Us

Florida Job’s Daughters

Job’s Daughters has a proud and vibrant history in Florida, dating back to our earliest Bethels that laid the foundation for decades of leadership, service, and sisterhood across the state. From the beaches of the Gulf Coast to the heart of Central Florida, our members have made a lasting impact in their communities and in the hearts of one another. Over the years, countless young women have earned the titles of Miss Florida Job’s Daughter, Junior Miss, and Miss Congeniality each representing the grace, strength, and spirit of our organization. We also honor the many dedicated adults who have guided our journey, including Past Grand Guardians whose mentorship helped shape generations of confident, compassionate leaders. This page is a celebration of our legacy, a tribute to those who came before us, and a reminder that our story continues to grow—Bethel by Bethel, daughter by daughter.

What Makes Job’s Daughters Unique?

Leadership

Every Bethel is youth-led. Girls elect their own officers, plan events, run meetings, and lead service projects guided by adult volunteers who mentor rather than manage.

Through this experience, members develop real-world leadership skills like responsibility, time management, conflict resolution, budgeting, and event planning. Many go on to become leaders in school, community, and career because of their time in Job’s Daughters.

Sisterhood

In Job’s Daughters, friendships are formed that last a lifetime. Members come from all walks of life but are united by shared goals, mutual support, and fun experiences—from pajama parties and road trips to competitions and international conventions.

The sisterhood built here is unlike any other—encouraging, uplifting, and filled with love.

Friendship

In Job’s Daughters, friendship is more than a word—it’s a promise. A promise of support, laughter, and lifelong connection. From the moment a girl joins, she becomes part of a sisterhood rooted in kindness, trust, and shared experiences.

Whether attending ceremonies, service projects, or fun outings, members form deep bonds that transcend school walls and city limits. These are friendships built on values—not popularity—and they often last far beyond childhood.

Through triumphs and challenges, our daughters stand by each other—not just as friends, but as sisters in purpose and heart.
In Job’s Daughters, you don’t just make friends.

You find your second family.
