Our History

Job’s Daughters has a proud and vibrant history in Florida, dating back to our earliest Bethels that laid the foundation for decades of leadership, service, and sisterhood across the state. From the beaches of the Gulf Coast to the heart of Central Florida, our members have made a lasting impact in their communities and in the hearts of one another. Over the years, countless young women have earned the titles of Miss Florida Job’s Daughter, Junior Miss, and Miss Congeniality each representing the grace, strength, and spirit of our organization. We also honor the many dedicated adults who have guided our journey, including Past Grand Guardians whose mentorship helped shape generations of confident, compassionate leaders.
